Shipping Method:

For international order, we ship by UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS.

Time Frame:

*Time frame= Process time + Shipping time
Process Time: Items ordered usually takes 7-15 workdays to make.
Shipping Time: It does not include the time to make the items you ordered. It is up to the shipping method you selected. Normally, it will take 3-7 days for delivery.

Rush Order:

Return Policy:

You will be eligible for a refund claim within 5 days from the date you received your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 20% re-stocking fee, since we receive the returned goods(The returned goods should be in new condition). Shipping fee or the rush shipping fee is not able to be refunded. This applies for any item purchased at normal retail price.

Cancel Order:

If you want to cancel your order,please contact with us within 48 hours from the time you placed your order,otherwise,we will charge you $45 for handle fee.
You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out,we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.
